Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lunara. Using the service means you accept them. Please read them — especially the sections stating that the service is not medical advice and not a contraceptive.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Lunara you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Lunara is a WhatsApp bot providing information, reminders and content related to the menstrual cycle, accompanying you through its phases. The service is provided "as is" and may change, update or discontinue.
3. Not medical advice
Lunara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content is for information and education only and is not a substitute for consulting a physician or qualified professional.
Do not rely on Lunara to diagnose any condition. In a medical emergency seek help immediately — in Israel call 101 (MDA).
4. Not a contraceptive
Lunara is not a contraceptive and not a method of birth control. Cycle and fertile-window calculations are estimates only, are not accurate, and must not be used to prevent or achieve pregnancy.
The service also does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. For reliable contraception, consult a medical professional.
5. AI limitations
Where we enable an AI assistant, its replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are general information only, are not professional advice, and are not an automated decision about you. Use your judgment.
6. WhatsApp and messaging
The service operates over WhatsApp, and by using it you agree to receive messages from us. At any time you can stop proactive messages (e.g. by replying "stop") or delete your account.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you provide and how you use the content. Please do not use the service unlawfully or abusively.
8. Privacy
Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
Lunara's content, name and design belong to us. The information you provide remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate the service for you.
10. Fees
The service is currently provided free of charge as part of early access. If we add paid plans, terms will be updated in advance.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the service.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under Israeli consumer law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time ("delete me"). We may suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
